Leasing Manager

The Leasing Manager will drive leasing and marketing efforts for a property, collaborating with the property manager to execute targeted and creative events and campaigns. They will work closely with their team to achieve revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leasing off campus student housing apartments
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
• Some weekend and evening availability preferred
• Communication skills that foster an environment of connection and belonging, teamwork and productivity
