The Part-Time Leasing Consultant will drive occupancy and revenue performance by providing a world-class experience to residents and thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Requirements
- Sales or leasing experience (1+ year required)
- Demonstrated success achieving sales, leasing, or conversion targets
- Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar
- Strong follow-up discipline with evidence of multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts)
- Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours
