Job Description
The Property Manager at PeakMade Real Estate is responsible for the overall operation and profitability of a student housing property, leading a team to provide a world-class living experience for residents and maximizing property income, occupancy, and NOI.
Requirements
- Manage high-quality on-site staff through effective recruitment, training, coaching, and development programs
- Effectively perform and document employee evaluations, including performance reviews and corrective action reviews
- Implement creative leasing strategies to maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy
- Achieve highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement programs
- Monitor timely receipt and reconciliation of rent collections and ensure landlord/resident statutes are followed
- Manage resident retention and service request follow-up programs
- Accurately complete required reports and perform apartment inspections
