Admin & HR Generalist role supporting operational and people aspects of the Amstelveen office, bridging between HQ in Korea and local European office. Responsibilities include office administration, human resources, and cross-functional support. Ideal candidate enjoys balancing hands-on office management with meaningful interactions across diverse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Fluency in business English and proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in office administration or HR support
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee or company data
