Admin & HR Generalist position based in Amstelveen, the Netherlands, supporting office operations, employee support, and record keeping. Key responsibilities include coordinating daily office activities, handling correspondence, and providing administrative support to various departments. The role also involves bridging between the local European office and HQ in Korea, ensuring smooth communication and coordination on administrative and HR matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree, with fluency in business English and proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken)
• Previous experience in office administration or HR support, with a genuine interest in people operations and organizational culture
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and collaborative mindset
