Bridging between HQ in Korea and local European office, ensuring smooth communication, timely coordination, and alignment on administrative and HR matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, with fluency in business English and proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in office administration or HR support, with a genuine interest in people operations and organizational culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an approachable and collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced and evolving environment
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality when handling employee or company data
- Ability and willingness to work on-site at our Amstelveen office
- A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude, showing ownership and initiative in daily work
