Full-Cycle Recruiter - REMOTE - SR009

We're looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, connecting high-quality candidates with growing companies across multiple industries.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting
• Proven full-cycle recruitment experience from sourcing through offer stage
• Experience recruiting for US-based roles or companies
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• High attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment
