Job Description
Customer Service Lead to improve customer service and efficiency at Peddler, a company focused on making cities more sustainable through last-mile delivery. As part of a tight-knit team, the Customer Service Lead will work closely with the team manager, provide support to the team, create the team schedule, and manage customer service related to partners.
Requirements
- Excellent communicator in Dutch; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Dataâdriven: confident using metrics and tools.
- Proactive and entrepreneurialâready to pitch and implement improvements.
