Team Lead Customer Service

LyondellBasell is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service to assist the customer service team in delivering exceptional service to clients, develop and implement training programs, and foster a positive team culture.

Requirements

• University / college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Experience in working within an ERP system, preferably SAP
• Must be fluent in written and verbal English and preferred one other European language
