Peddler is building the next generation of urban delivery and is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to ensure that their people are empowered to continue to make logistics a greener place.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations and Payroll assistance, ideally in the Netherlands
- High level of independence and the demonstrated ability to take the initiative
- Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive approach
- Experience managing payroll processes with external partners and making sure everything falls into place
- Familiarity with HR systems and Google Sheets
- Applied knowledge in Dutch labor law and HR practices
