HR Operations Specialist

Peddler is building the next generation of urban delivery and is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to ensure that their people are empowered to continue to make logistics a greener place.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Approximately 3 years of relevant work experience in HR Operations and Payroll assistance, ideally in the Netherlands
• High level of independence and the demonstrated ability to take the initiative
• Strong relationship-building skills and a supportive approach
• Experience managing payroll processes with external partners and making sure everything falls into place
• Familiarity with HR systems and Google Sheets
• Applied knowledge in Dutch labor law and HR practices
