Job Description
The Corporate Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice to the management team, employees, and the management team, and for ensuring the cooperative's operations and activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Negotiate, draft, and revise legal agreements
- Provide legal advice and counsel to management
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research
- Manage litigation
- Monitor industry legal issues
- Manage outside counsel
