Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service
- Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including data entry and scheduling software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
