Peek is a remote-first company seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for its B2B SaaS platform, Peek Pro, to drive deep partner engagement, accelerate product adoption, and ensure long-term retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a lifecycle, customer, or product marketing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Demonstrated experience with agentic AI tools and modern marketing automation to create intelligent, autonomous customer journeys.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive customer retention, adoption, and upsell.
- Ability to translate product features into clear partner value, driving revenue uplift and faster time-to-value.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven cross-functional partner to Product and Customer Success on retention and expansion goals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling and empathetic copy.
