Residential Construction Risk Management Field Inspector

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. The role is essential to protecting construction quality, reducing risk exposure, and strengthening client confidence throughout the building process.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of Residential Construction Experience, including the entire building process from concrete to turnover to builder.
• Must be willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required.
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with insurable driving record
• Must have reliable transportation (Gas/Vehicle Allowance included)
• Must be personable, well-groomed, articulate, and able to convey technical information in plain language
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
