Job Description
Inspects, repairs or adjusts Pella windows and doors in the field; diagnoses product issues, determines efficient resolution plans and communicates tools necessary to resolve issue. Provides excellent customer service and maintains 100% "Very Satisfied" customer ratings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma with experience
- AA or Technical degree preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components (desirable but not required)
