Employee Relations Specialist role is entrusted to handle workplace concerns and action plans, work with People Leaders to address ER issues, and provide guidance and coaching to address team member conduct and performance areas.
Requirements
- Act as a consultant for managers on issues related to team member performance, conflict resolution, and problem solving
- Follow a fair and objective process to address team member concerns and conduct investigations
- Provide specialist level support, guidance, and coaching to People Leaders
- Maintain accurate, confidential records regarding all reported matters and fact-finding documentation
- Stay attuned to organizational and operational changes to identify potential ER risks
- Respond to and represent the Company as needed for unemployment claims
