Job Description
The Director of Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System and Quality Data Management capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field required
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) preferred
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Quality
- 3+ years leading QMS with accountability for quality data, systems, and analytics
- Experience implementing digital quality, advanced analytics, or Quality Improvement initiatives
- Strong understanding of advanced analytics, and statistical methods, as applied to quality
- Experience with eQMS platforms, data visualization, and analytics tools
- Ability to translate complex data and predictive insights into actionable business decisions
- Strong leadership, influence, and change-management skills
