Advancement Services Manager, Donor and Member Services

Penn State is seeking an Advancement Services Manager to support Donor and Member Services. The role will oversee the evaluation, development, and implementation of business processes, policies, procedures, and systems supporting donor/member data and gift and membership processing. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience, demonstrated experience in accounting, auditing, database management, operations, or related advancement services functions, and exemplary interpersonal and communication skills.
