Penn State is seeking a Stewardship Officer to support the Office of Donor Relations and Special Events (DRSE). The successful candidate will provide stewardship support for central business units and the Office of Principal Gifts, and work collaboratively with offices across the Division and the University to coordinate acknowledgements for gifts to central allocations.
Requirements
- Provide stewardship support for central business units and the Office of Principal Gifts
- Work collaboratively with offices across the Division and the University to coordinate acknowledgements for gifts to central allocations
- Coordinate DRSE’s monthly memo, including content compilation and proofing
- Manage selection and purchasing of high-level donor gifts
- Provide support to DRSE’s Events Team, including creating and maintaining event registration websites, maintaining event response lists and reports, and inventorying and organizing supplies
- Provide temporary stewardship support to units as needed
- Provide general support to central offices who are key stakeholders in donor stewardship (e.g., Student Aid, Student Financial Services, Bursar, and Registrar)
- Troubleshoot inbound questions through shared inbox and help desk
- Articulate Penn State’s needs, ambitions, and values through excellent informal and formal communications
