Job Description
The Winding Supervisor is responsible for supervising department employees in the Winding Operations area, serving as a liaison between departments and providing information to management. The supervisor handles manufacturing schedules, quality control, and ensures efficient employee relations. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Execute manufacturing schedules based on management requirements.
- Ensure timely manufacture of coils and transformer insulation.
- Coordinate activities of personnel and resolve employee issues.
- Ensure the quality of the product and participate in design/development.
- Enforce plant safety rules and address issues.
- Track and reduce absenteeism and overtime while maintaining accurate labor hour allocation in HRIS.
