Summer Auto Mechanic Assistant

This is a seasonal position that assists mechanics in the repair of automotive equipment/vehicles and their components. Responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and testing equipment, maintaining supply and repair records, and performing related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Must be currently enrolled in a second-year post-secondary accredited technical school for automotive technology, or related field
• OR Completion of a high school vocational program in automotive technology AND currently enrolled in a first-year post-secondary accredited technical school for automotive technology, or related field
• OR Recently graduated from a post-secondary accredited technical school for automotive technology or related field
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
