HOUSING SERVICES CASE MANAGER - PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

Penny Lane’s Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Program provides support services to chronically homeless individuals. Case Manager will provide direct case management and support services to residents who were formerly chronically homeless.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 2 years' experience working with vulnerable populations
• Valid California driver's license
• Current automobile insurance
• Clean driving record
