The Manager, Events will support The Hollywood Reporter’s events and custom content team by providing administrative and production support to ensure flawless delivery, alignment with brand standards, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Provide direct support to senior event department staff from planning and ideation to execution and post-event wrap-up
- Assist in tracking and managing budgets, expenses and financial reconciliation
- Support the team in managing partnerships with brands and vendors
- Conduct research on event venues and third-party vendors
- Coordinate end-to-end production of virtual and in-person screening events
- Facilitate timely feedback collection, track approvals, and manage event collateral
- Support senior team members in identifying and developing new event opportunities
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to assist leadership
