Strong design aesthetic, expert-level After Effects and Premiere skills, ability to own multiple projects, and deep interest in film, television, and entertainment culture

3-5 years of event and content production experience, financial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively

3-5 years of event management experience, strong understanding of event logistics and budget tracking, experience working with cross-functional teams

3-5 years of online advertising sales experience, strategic thinker, ability to meet stretch sales goals, and ability to build and grow senior-level relationships with brands and agencies

Experience with PHP, familiarity with WordPress or Laravel, and basic experience with JavaScript and modern frontend development

5+ years in operations, business management, or a senior-level role, with strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills

Five+ years' client-facing experience, in-depth knowledge of the art world, and excellent communication skills
