3+ years of experience, project management, and on-site problem solving required

10-15+ years of writing/editing experience, 5+ years of editorial and marketing management, proven community building skills, strong editorial judgment, and digital strategy expertise

10+ years of business development experience with at least 5 years of licensing experience, deep understanding of industry revenue models, and ability to work independently

4+ years of experience producing events, ability to collaborate with sales & marketing teams, and knowledge of brand activation tactics

3+ years of paid social advertising experience, experience in working with large datasets, excellent communication skills

Minimum 7+ years’ experience in procurement and logistics, ideally within construction or remote/island-based development projects. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus

20+ years of writing/editing experience, 5+ years of editorial and marketing management, and a proven ability to build community based on shared interests
