Penske is seeking a District Human Resources Manager to support field teams and collaborate with leadership on human capital strategy. The role involves managing associate performance, leading training, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and practices. This position is a key member of the Human Resources and Field Operations teams and reports to the District Manager, working across a district composed of multiple locations in Arizona.
Requirements
- Administer and facilitate the District’s New Associate Experience onboarding program.
- Guide District team development through coaching leaders in people management, process, and functional associate development.
- Monitor development plans to ensure progress and escalate to District Manager if course correction is needed.
- Build relationships at locations to support a positive culture and engaging environment.
- Ensure technical training occurs consistently across the workforce.
