Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee diesel technicians, maintain good morale, and keep customers happy by coordinating and auditing vehicle maintenance repairs. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and developing technicians to meet customer expectations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• At least 3+ years of fleet vehicle maintenance experience overseeing technicians or 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics
