Job Description
As a Penske Maintenance Supervisor, you will engage diesel technicians, maintain good morale among your team, and keep customers happy by coordinating and scheduling vehicle maintenance repairs. You will also be involved in hiring, training, and ongoing development of vehicle maintenance technicians.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years in fleet vehicle maintenance experience overseeing technicians
- At least 3 years of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
