Operations Supervisor - Warehouse (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Penske Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to provide leadership at a single warehousing operation, driving process improvement and leading change. The Operations Supervisor will provide direction to staff to ensure customer requirements are achieved while meeting Penske goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and lead change
• Relevant experience and skills in logistics and operations management
• Leadership and supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
