HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to business leaders on people-related matters and driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and a passion for employee engagement and inclusion. The position involves proactive communication with senior management and employees, managing workflows, and collaborating with various departments to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• 2+ years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR laws
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
