The Medical Education Program Associate is responsible for supporting medical education programs for Penumbra's product lines and applicable therapies. This includes coordinating logistics, planning, and executing in-person and virtual components, as well as facilitating relationships with third-party vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience
- Event planning experience a plus
- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to interact with physicians and healthcare professionals in a professional manner
- Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated industry experience desired
