Manager -HRBP role provides full cycle of HR support to RHSO, working with business leaders and HR Centre of Excellence to execute HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.
Requirements
- Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues.
- Provide advice and guidelines on interpretation of HR policies and procedures spanning across manpower planning, recruitment, performance management and learning and development.
- Collaborate with HR CoE and relevant key stakeholders in the delivery of HR projects and initiatives.
- Lead in people engagement initiatives and activities (e.g. Employee Engagement and Pulse surveys)
- Support organizational development strategies such as change management, team building and coaching.
- Manage and develop members within HR team.
- Support the Head of HR in the preparation of materials for HOD meetings and submissions to both internal and external stakeholders.
