Senior Executive- Group Shared Services Data Management: Oversee data management team, ensure timely and accurate HR data processing, develop good working relationships with COE team members, internal Shared Services cross teams, HRIS teams, and institutions business partners.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree with 3 years of HR experience
- Past working experience in payroll administration in healthcare
- Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) and MS office (Excel & Word)
- Analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for details
- High level of initiative, independent with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Team player who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
