As a Senior Executive, you will supervise a team that focuses on on/offboarding activities, provide HR administrative and advisory support, and ensure service standards are met.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Business related discipline
- At least 3 years of HR experience and minimum 1 year experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in handling medical job family would be an advantage
- Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities
- Fast learner, multi-tasker and strong team player
- Able to prioritise work, organised, meticulous and proactive
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Interested in exploring technological system solutions to automate repetitive tasks
