Job Description
The Senior HR Executive will provide general day-to-day HR support for all aspects of the employee life cycle, including HR matters, Employee Benefits and Training in local and global offices. The role will also provide administrative support to the local and global office when required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years relevant experience in HR generalist
- Bachelors degree in human resource management / IHRP-CP preferred
- Experience in sole contributor role is a plus
- Understanding and practical knowledge of Singapore employment laws
- Driven, can do attitude and goal orientated with good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Hands on, self-motivated and committed with sense of urgency
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
