Requirements
- Works on HBO/WO level
- 3+ years of recruitment marketing experience
- Ability to communicate maximally relevant messages to specific audiences
- Visionary thinking and ability to build a strong employer brand
- Switches smoothly between quick win conversion campaigns and strategic awareness programs
