Talent Sourcer (Amsterdam Area)

We're looking for a talent sourcer to join our community at People&. As a talent sourcer, you'll source candidates for purpose-driven scale-ups and corporates, and be financially rewarded and encouraged to use your unique skills.

Requirements

• Works at HBO/WO level and understands recruitment basics
• Curious and thorough
• Ultimate Lego block fit: can put yourself in everyone's shoes and always find a 'click'
• A real Marathon(wo)man: knows where the finish line is, but also realizes that reaching those candidates is often a matter of extremely long breathing
• Does not find repetitive work boring
