PeopleCert is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Proficient in English and Japanese
- Strong understanding of the education management industry and the ability to articulate our value proposition to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
