A leading educational institution is seeking a Director/Head of Studies to join its team in Istanbul, Turkey. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and implementation of a new educational initiative with significant social impact, in line with the company’s ESG commitment to enhancing access to quality education.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in English Language, Linguistics, Education, or related field
• DELTA, MA TESOL, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as Director/Head of Studies, Academic Manager, or school owner
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and Turkish languages and ability to work in Turkey
• Proven experience in program development, teacher training, and evaluation
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of CEFR, language certifications, and quality assurance frameworks
• Experience in international or multicultural school environments
• Familiarity with digital tools and educational platforms
• Strong budgeting and management skills
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
• ECDL Advanced certification is desirable
