Director of English Studies - Istanbul

We are seeking a visionary academic leader to join our team in Istanbul as the Director of English Studies. This role will involve leading a transformative educational initiative to elevate English language proficiency in Greek schools.

Requirements

• University degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field
• DELTA, MA TESOL, or equivalent qualification
• Experience as Director of Studies, Academic Manager, or English language school owner
• Proven background in curriculum design, teacher training, and assessment
• Fluency in Turkish (spoken and written)
• Greek language skills would be considered a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Understanding of CEFR, language certification, and quality assurance frameworks
• Experience working in international or multicultural school environments
• Proficiency in digital tools and learning platforms
• Strong operational and budget management skills
• Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
