Job Description
Our client has developed an AI-native operating system for modern restaurants. They are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join their team.
Requirements
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Handle inbound leads and qualify them based on interest, need, and fit
- Execute and refine inside-sales strategies and solution-selling techniques
- Perform A/B testing to optimize messaging, sales tactics, and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Forecast revenue accurately and communicate pipeline status to leadership
- Develop deep understanding of the restaurant industry and customers' operational challenges
- Work closely with the Head of Sales to refine sales processes and strategies
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer insights
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and sales methodologies
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
