Job Description
Seeking a skilled Process Mold Setter with 3+ years of experience in injection molding automotive industry. Performs injection mold changes, robot/work cell setups, minor maintenance, and supports all production and safety requirements. Requirements
- 3–5 years mold setting experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma required
- Strong mechanical aptitude, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Solid communication skills and ability to work both independently and with a team
- Comfortable working in a hot, active production environment
- Able to work overtime, weekends, early/late shifts as needed
- Good troubleshooting/diagnostic abilities with a proactive mindset
