Molding Process Technician

Zing is seeking a skilled Molding Process Technician to support a high-performing manufacturing operation in Congers, NY. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you’ll oversee your shift, perform mold changeovers, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure consistent production that meets strict quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Lead daily production activities while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards
• Perform mold changeovers, startups, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines, molds, and support equipment
• Optimize processing parameters to maintain consistent product quality
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate production and batch documentation
• Support cGMP and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with the Molding Manager
