The Training and Clinical Operations Coordinator supports the effective execution of training and operational initiatives across PeopleOne Health clinics. This dual-function role is responsible for organizing training schedules, supporting onboarding processes, managing communications, and coordinating operational project tasks.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Attention to detail and follow-through for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments including training, clinical leadership, operations, HR, and other support teams.
- Adaptability to shift priorities and the ability to support rapid scaling needs.
- Customer service mindset with a focus on internal stakeholder experience.
