Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager (Sr. Engagement Manager), you will be responsible for client interfaces, project planning, budgeting, and delivery. You will lead client-facing consulting engagements, manage multiple projects, and provide guidance to other Project Managers. You will also be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring compliance with agreed checkpoints, and presenting at Executive Steering Committee meetings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of consulting experience
- Experience in HR Technology and process with Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP technologies
- Experience managing large teams on complex global projects
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Excellent organization, time management, verbal, and communication skills
