Peoplevisor is seeking Workday Financials consultants with HCM and Financials systems experience and expertise in various areas, including Financial Accounting, FDM, Supply Chain, and more. As a Workday Financials Consultant, you will provide expert guidance and delivery on project engagements, manage budgets, and deliver projects profitably.
Requirements
- Workday Financials Certification required
- 2+ years implementing Workday's Financial, Procurement and/or Expense Management solutions
- Experience with Core Financials: FDM, Accounting, Budgets, Planning/Adaptive, Banking and Settlement, Financial Reporting
- 2+ years of functional financial management expertise with Workday Financials specifically implementing Cash Management/Banking and Business Assets, Spend: Suppliers, Procurement, Assets, Expenses, Inventory, Revenue: Customers, Projects
- Experience implementing other functionality in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash or record -to-report is a plus
- At least two end-to-end Workday Financial implementations
- 2+ years of experience deploying Financial, Procurement, or other related ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering
- Knowledgeable of consulting KPIs, including utilization, forecasting, billable rates and margins, indirect labor and overhead, as well as profit and loss statements
- CPA and/or advanced Accounting degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Experience deploying multiple Financial projects simultaneously
