Learning Experience Designer (LXD - Contract Opportunity)

We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer to contribute to refreshing and shaping digital learning programmes. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will rework and enhance existing course materials, translate subject matter expert insights, and design practical assignments and simulations.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in learning experience design within professional training or bootcamp-style environments
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and applied upskilling methods
• Proficiency in designing simulations, practical tasks, and scenario-based assessments
