Job Description
We are looking for a Category Manager to join our Buying Department at Pepco. The role will be responsible for owning the baby clothing category, implementing mid- and long-term category strategies, and leading in-season trading decisions.
Requirements
- Min. 4 years of experience in Buying or Category Management, including experience in clothing categories, with a proven track record of delivering strong commercial results.
- Bachelor degree (preferable in commerce, economics, commodity science).
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and Office 365.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of fabrics, print techniques, and production processes.
- Analytical, creative, and results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, team player, and customer-focused.
- Strong planning, organisation, decision-making, and business awareness.
- Adaptable and open to change.
- Readiness for business travels.
