Requirements
- Proven experience in change management roles across complex business and technology transformations
- Strong experience leading peopleâled change for digital or waysâofâworking initiatives
- Working knowledge of recognised change management frameworks
- Practical understanding and personal adoption of AI tools, with clarity on how AI transformation impacts organisations
- Experience designing change strategies that go beyond communications and focus on behaviour capability and mindset
- Strong stakeholder influence skills including senior leadership engagement
- Experience working alongside Agile or hybrid delivery teams
- Excellent facilitation skills across leadership team and crossâfunctional settings
