Requirements

• Proven experience in change management roles across complex business and technology transformations
• Strong experience leading people‐led change for digital or ways‐of‐working initiatives
• Working knowledge of recognised change management frameworks
• Practical understanding and personal adoption of AI tools, with clarity on how AI transformation impacts organisations
• Experience designing change strategies that go beyond communications and focus on behaviour capability and mindset
• Strong stakeholder influence skills including senior leadership engagement
• Experience working alongside Agile or hybrid delivery teams
• Excellent facilitation skills across leadership team and cross‐functional settings
