Job Description
Pepperstone is seeking a Transformation Lead to help drive strategy into action across the organization, with an initial focus on AI-Native transformation. The role requires strong experience in transformation delivery, business analysis, and product management, with a focus on technology and fintech environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years in transformation delivery, business analysis, or product roles
- Personal adoption of AI tools and understanding of enterprise AI concepts
- Strong experience defining value benefits and outcomes with business teams
- Proven ability to drive work autonomously and anticipate issues
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across technology, business, and change teams
- Working knowledge of Agile Scrum or Kanban delivery approaches
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
