The IT Senior Support Engineer supports and manages end-users, office infrastructure, and IT services within the regional office, while contributing to Pepperstone's global IT operations.
Requirements
- Deliver 1st and 2nd line IT support for regional office users
- Act as the local IT representative
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve tickets logged via JSM/Jira
- Administer and maintain standard operating environments (SOE)
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles and user guidance
- Implement process improvements and automation
- Support local infrastructure projects and global initiatives
